2 Healthy Snack Ideas for Kids

Nutritional requirements of growing kids are definitely higher than grown ones. Generally, we take meals 3 times a day but kids need way more. 1) Fruit Kabab

Take 1 inch cookie cutter, cut shapes of melon slices and cheese and thread them onto a biscuit or pertzel sticks. It would become an appealing thing for kids.

2. Fruit Smoothie

Juices in bazars are filled with artificial sweeteners like sacharrine etc. Why buy them from outside when you can make different kinds of fruit smoothies yourself very easily. Your homemade smoothies would be healthier, tastier and purer. We give an idea here for a simple basic smoothie. Take 200 gram vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, some strawberries and 1/4 cup of orange juice. Blend all ingredients together and serve chilled. Your kid must like it.
